Fewer choices mean more calm, more attention, and more flavour.
That’s why we work with a single seasonal menu, entirely inspired by what our region has to offer at that moment.
What exactly will be served remains a surprise. The menu is never shared in advance, allowing Bart to cook freely, in his own way.
With the menu, we are happy to offer a matching wine, beer, or alcohol-free pairing. You are also welcome to choose a bottle from our wine list.
