At the De Drie Ridders restaurant, we work on the premise that the less choice there is,
the easier it is to enjoy.
We therefore work with 1 menu linked to the relevant seasons where we introduce our local fruit and vegetable farmers, dairies, meat straight from the farmer and fish from the North Sea to our guests.
Dishes are next created from all of these great products in accordance with the inspiration of Bart.
Appropriate wines, beers or alcohol-free alternatives can be enjoyed with the menu.
For foodies, we also offer a chef's choice menu with wines and champagne per bottle.
